TrustFinance received an accolade in the Innovator of the Year - Financial Technology category at the Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2025 for its Transparent TrustScore, a verifiable rating framework designed to bring measurable transparency to retail trading.

The company created the system to address persistent gaps in how traders assess brokers. Many encounter conflicting reviews or licensing details that are difficult to confirm. The Transparent TrustScore combines verified user reviews with regulator licence checks linked directly to public registries. It also integrates machine learning signals to detect manipulation and irregular behaviour. Together, these elements provide a clear view of how each broker performs, setting consistent reference points across an often inconsistent market.

TrustFinance expanded its market in Thailand, hosting events that convened brokers and users from across the region. It implemented AI-based anti-bot protection to counter organised fake reviews and published multilingual safety guides to assist new traders in verifying brokers independently. The platform also built an internal record view for every score change, improving auditability for partners and media who use the data as a neutral reference point. These measures made reliable broker information more accessible and positioned TrustFinance as a credible reference point for transparency within financial technology.
